About purchases made from our online shop
- All boxes and products sold through here are available only for pickup at our physical location: 656 W Randolph St. in Chicago’s West Loop. No shipping is provided by Catalyst Ranch.
- Pickup must be completed within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, the purchase is non-refundable.
- We are open most weekdays 10am-5pm. Arrangements can be made to accommodate other pick-up times.

- When entering our building to pick up your merchandise, thank you for complying with our requirement for face masks to be worn, in accordance with local guidelines.
- For larger items, delivery service can be arranged through apps such as Dolly or Task Rabbit, but logistics must be handled by the purchaser and confirmed with Catalyst Ranch.
